Turnaround Management
David Hunter and several other executives in Hunter Partners were some of the original principals in the premier turnaround firm in the healthcare industry, The Hunter Group. In significant turnarounds, Hunter Partners will bring in a complete management team that either replaces existing management who have left or been removed by the parent system or board, or works side-by-side with existing management, but assumes responsibility for managing the turnaround. No time is lost waiting for a “turnaround plan” to be developed. The team simultaneously begins implementing clearly needed management actions and cash management /conservation steps while completing the analytics and work plan for the turnaround.
We also develop comprehensive, organization-wide turnaround plans, that an organization’s management team can choose to implement in whole or in part, with Hunter Partners assuming responsibility for specific areas of the turnaround, at the request of management.
Interim Executives
Full management team to assume overall management responsibility such as an organization that has lost its CEO and other senior executives, or individual senior executives such as CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CNOs and others to: 1) Provide leadership for a special purpose, project or strategic initiative; or 2) Fill in during unexpected departures, or 3) Help provide transition for retirements and other needs.
