When an organization is faced with extraordinary challenges, Hunter Partners Interim Executives are prepared to either assume management responsibilities for the entire organization or for major initiatives within an organization, including significant reconfiguration of facilities, services or provider relationships. Our Interim Executives are typically supplemented by a Hunter Partners’ implementation team that works with management to establish a situational and gap analysis; to ensure work plans are in place or to create them; and to help realize successful implementation of the work plans. We follow a two stage, potentially overlapping process: 1) Ensure the organization is operating as efficiently as possible given current configuration, and 2) initiate reconfiguration activities.
Organization-Wide Operating Plans and Implementation
Hunter Partners produce strategic operating plans versus consulting reports. Our operating plans strategically address the entire organization in its market: What needs to be done to help ensure the organization preserves what is essential, but also how the organization needs to change for sustainable, future success. Our operating plans include detailed implementation work plans that an organization’s management team can implement. However, we are prepared to implement all or any part of the operating plan, if desired by our client.
